| Assoc. Prof. Nianyin Zeng Xiamen University, China Dr. Nianyin Zeng is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Instrumental and Electrical Engineering of Xiamen University. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2013, both from Fuzhou University. From October 2012 to March 2013, he was a RA in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the University of Hong Kong. From September 2017 to August 2018, he was an ISEF Fellow founded by the Korea Foundation for Advance Studies and also a Visiting Professor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). His current research interests include intelligent data analysis, machine learning and computer vision, computational intelligent, system modeling and applications. He has published more than 80 research papers in referred journal and conferences as well as 13 patents. By Google Scholar, his publications have been cited by more than 7,000 times with H-Index 34. Dr. Zeng is currently serving or has served as an Associate Editor for Neurocomputing Frontiers in Medical Technology, and Evolutionary Intelligence, an Editorial Board member for Computers in Biology and Medicine, Biomedical Engineering Online, Mathematical Problems in Engineering, Journal of Electronics & Information Technology, and Journal of Image and Graphics, and also Guest Editors for Frontiers in Neuroscience and Frontiers in Medical Technology. He has also served as program committee members for a number of premier international conferences related to intelligent data analysis, including EAI ICMTEL, ACAIT, ICCSE, etc. Dr. Zeng has received a number of prestigious awards, including High-Level Talent of Fujian Province, Key-Talent of Xiamen City, Nanqiang Young-Top-Talent of Xiamen University, three Provincial Natural Science Awards, Invention and Entrepreneurship Achievement Award by the China Invention Association, and Distinguished Reviewers of Computers in Biology and Medicine, Neurocomputing, and Chinese Journal of Scientific Instrument. |
| Prof. Fenghua Huang IEEE Member, vice dean of College of Artificial Intelligence Yango University, China Fenghua Huang(Prof./Ph.D/postdoctor) is the dean of Academy of intelligent engineering technology and the vice dean of College of Artificial Intelligence, Yango University (China),the director of the national first-class major construction site of "Computer Science and Technology", the director of Fujian Key Laboratory of Spatial Information Perception and Intelligent Processing , the director of the Fujian University Engineering Research Center of Spatial Data Mining and Application. He was a visiting scholar of the University of North Carolina (UNC) in USA and a science and technology commissioner (team initiator) in 2022 in Fujian, China. He is an excellent teacher in Fujian, a distinguished scholar in Yango University,and a master supervisor in the fields of computer technology,Surveying and Mapping Engineering in Fuzhou University(China). Meanwhile, he is the formal member of IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers),CCF(China Computer Federation) and CIE(Chinese Institute of Electronics). In 2015, He was selected into the cultivation program for outstanding young scientific research talents of Fujian universities. In 2016, he was selected into the new century excellent talents support program of Fujian universities and the overseas high-end visiting scholar program for outstanding discipline leaders of Fujian undergraduate universities. | Prof. Sanjay Yadav CSIR-NPL, New Delhi, India Prof. Dr. Sanjay Yadav, born in 1962, obtained his master degree in science (M.Sc.) in 1985 and Ph.D. degree in Physics in 1990. Presently, he is Chief Scientist and Head, Physico Mechanical Metrology Division of NPL. In addition, he is also holding the post of Professor, Faculty of Physical Sciences, Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR), HRDG, Ghaziabad teaching ‘Advanced Measurement Techniques & Metrology’ course, taking practical classes and supervising graduate, master and Ph.D. students since 2011. | Prof. Noreddine Gherabi Sultane Moulay Slimane University, Morocco Noreddine Gherabi is a professor of computer science with industrial and academic experience. He holds a doctorate degree in computer science. In 2013, he worked as a professor of computer science at Mohamed Ben Abdellah University and since 2015 has worked as a research professor at Sultan Moulay Slimane University, Morocco. | Assoc. Prof. Dimitrios Karras National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece Dimitrios A. Karras received his Diploma and M.Sc. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece in 1985 and the Ph. Degree in Electrical Engineering, from the NTUA, Greece in 1995, with honours. From 1990 and up to 2004 he collaborated as visiting professor and researcher with several universities and research institutes in Greece. Since 2004 he has been with the Sterea Hellas Institute of Technology, Automation Dept., Greece as associate professor in Digital Systems and Signal Processing, till 12/2018, as well as with the Hellenic Open University, Dept. Informatics as a visiting professor in Communication Systems (the latter since 2002 and up to 2010). Since 1/2019 is Associate Prof. in Digital Systems and Intelligent Systems, Signal Processing , in National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, School of Science, Dept. General. He is, also, adjunct professor with GLA University. Mathura, India and BIHER, BHARATH univ. India as well as with EPOKA and CIT universities Tirana. Moreover, he is with AICO EDV-Beratung GmbH as senior researcher as well as Director of Research and Documentation at ADIafrica N. G. O. He has published more than 80 research refereed journal papers in various areas of pattern recognition, image/signal processing and neural networks as well as in bioinformatics and more than 185 research papers in International refereed scientific Conferences. His research interests span the fields of pattern recognition and neural networks, image and signal processing, image and signal systems, biomedical systems, communications, networking and security. He has served as program committee member in many international conferences, as well as program chair and general chair in several international workshops and conferences in the fields of signal, image, communication and automation systems. He is, also, former editor in chief (2008-2016) of the International Journal in Signal and Imaging Systems Engineering (IJSISE), academic editor in the TWSJ, ISRN Communications and the Applied Mathematics Hindawi journals as well as associate editor in various scientific journals.
