2023 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Communication(ICAIRC 2023) will be held on October 27-29 (December 22-24), 2023 in Xiamen, China. ICAIRC 2023 provides an enabling platform for innovative academics, engineers and industrial experts in the field of Intelligence, Robotics, and Communication to exchange new ideas and present research results. This conference also promotes the establishing of business or research relations among global partners for future collaboration. All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all the accepted papers of ICAIRC 2023 will be published in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (ISSN: 1876-1119), and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

'It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” series (https://www.springer.com/series/7818). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link:https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.'

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

It is made up of Xiamen Island, Gulangyu and some coastal areas on the north bank of inland Jiulong River. Altogether, these cover an area of 1,699.34 square kilometers, among them, Xiamen Island, the fourth largest island of Fujian covering an area of 141.09 square kilometers. It has a permanent population of 4,110,000 as of the end of 2018. It is divided into 6 districts- Siming, Huli, Jimei, Haicang, Tong'an, Xiang'an. It has awarded honors such as Four Consecutive National Civilized City, China's Outstanding Tourism City, National Model City for Environmental Protection, National Hygienic City, National Garden City, International Garden city and UN-Habitat Scroll of Honor Award.
